All this bird stuff on DJML and not one mention of Lu's Sage Hen Strut.  He
dedicated this tune to the mating habit of the male prairie grouse, no
kidding.  (Go to google for fotos).  I used to announce that this was the
only jazz tune ever written about the mating habit of a bird until our
tubist said I couldn't ignore Turkey in the Straw  :-)

I am sure you folks already are acquainted with the plight of the " Oh, No"
bird so I won't go into that.

Is this a great list, or what bird?
