I for one don't agree that the internet broadcasters should be 
punished with higher rates. What guarantees does the listener 
have that those charges would actually go into the artists 
pockets? Doesn't it pretty much depend on the contract between 
the artist and the record company?

I suspect that if this ruling goes unchallenged, artists won't 
benefit from it from it but the big labels will.

Punishing the internet broadcaster is just another example of 
corporate terrorism so rampant in our society.
