And I'll be drinkin' to yer kinfolk too :))

It seems that the 'ML' of 'DJML' must be for Malted Liquor...

There is a wide spot in the road just outside of Paris, KY called
Kiserton or Kiser Station founded by my great great ... great
grandfather in the early 1700s (when it was still the Virginia
Commonwealth). Anyway, when Bourbon County was formed around 1785, the
1st, 2nd and 4th meetings of the Bourbon County congress were in John
Kiser's home. The Bourbon County seat was soon relocated to Paris, KY
(at that time called Hopeville).

  See
http://www.nationalregisterofhistoricplaces.com/ky/Bourbon/state.html
and go down to Kiser Station.

Something else mighty tasty is what they call Barrel Bourbon. This is
the Bourbon right out of the aging kegs and BEFORE it is cut down to
bottled strengths. Technically illegal as White Lightning, my family
has long roots in the region and always seems to have a bottle on hand
to offer their California kin folk when they come for a visit.

You can see my family name mentioned in the 4th Fun Fact at
http://www.parisky.com/funfacts.html

Of note, the Mayor of Paris, KY is Don Kiser and Eugene Kiser is on
the Millersburg (just down the road) City Council.

Unfortunately, not too much jazz in those parts.

 All the best, Gary
