		I usually delete Steve's ramblings when I encounter them
on the Digest List settings - in fairness to him there are others in
here (whom shall remain unnamed) that get similar treatment. But his
statement that the Bush Administration destroyed N.O. demands a short
reply - It was Katrina that caused the destruction, but then again some
people say that fire can't melt steel.

		Sorry Bob that I posted this retort of sorts, and I
promise nothing further on the subject.
