Don. every city, political entity has a code for drunk and disorderly, the California peal code used through-out Califormnia is covered by  "415"  Disorderly conduct, disturbance and a raft of reasons to arrest and be charged with a misdemeanor, More common is the phrase, "charged with a deuce"" meaning that a DUI or DWI , code 23152.  For Driving Under  the Influence, or Driving While Intoxicated, which can be legal or illegal drugs, alcohol, or any item to impair the capability to drive a motor vehicle.
