[Dixielandjazz] Sittin-in and Practice

All this talk about having a 'lesser' player sitting in with your band.  
What about the inverse?  I live just above a jazz club and every 
Thursday night, an amateur quite non-professional band plays for free 
dinner and drinks.  I have let them talk me into playing with them on a 
couple occasions.  The first time, it was new, it was different, I had 
fun.  I was talked into sitting in twice afterwards and since avoid the 
club on Thursdays.
