Makes for a nice story yes Dave, but a very very foolish thing to do especially in the State of California where we have a non clarinet playing Lawyer for about every 48 people living here at least at the last count.

I hope Mr. Callahan has good and a large Liability insurance policy, and if he does that his Insurance company did not read the Chronicle article.

I believe they would call that Public Endangerment, reckless driving, driving without a license and a host of other violations, probably even have a law about contributing to the delinquency of a Sightless person.  Perhaps even Driving under the influence of a Musician, a very dangerous offense.   All law enforcement officials already believe that musicians are all Drunks and Drug addicts and constantly subject to irresponsible behavior of all sorts,  this certainly gives them additional fodder to be looking out for. :))

And they say Drummers are Crazy :))

Sure glad it was not My band in front of Old Henry.
