Thanks for all the tips!
I don't think I can use a dolly for some of the move because I have
to go down a spiral staircase. If that were not the situation I would
use 12x12x12s. It's gonna be me (and maybe my wife) doing that part
of the move...
I already have good shelving - real Metro Wire units - the old ones
with the wire forming shelves going side to side (long-ways) instead
of the less useful newer shelves. I bolt them to the wall and I have
room for all of the LPs, CDs and some extra for musical instruments.
This has worked for 25 years.
maybe this will be the last move...
