Hi Jim:
Check out the WOODY ALLEN Films. Must be at least 100 OKOM songs that he
used as background music in them over the past 3 or 4 decades. You probably
play enough of them now that you wouldn't have to learn any new tunes.
Or check the Broadway plays, many of which were made into movies. And so the
following songs are fair game:
MY FAIR LADY:
With A Little Bit Of Luck, Get Me To The Church On Time, I Could Have Danced
All Night, I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face, etc.
MAME:
The Theme song
KING AND I
Getting To Know You, Hello Young Lovers,
JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR:
The Theme song (Jesus Christ Superstar), Age of Aquarius
KISMET:
Baubles Bangles & Beads, Stranger in Paradise
GYPSY:
Let Me Entertain You, Everything's Coming Up Roses
GUYS AND DOLLS
Bushel and a Peck, If I Were A Bell
GIGI:
Thank Heaven For Little Girls
Cheers,
Steve Barbone
