[Dixielandjazz] Jean Micheal trumpets?

Anyone know anything about Jean Micheal trumpets? A Tel Aviv music store is
selling new ones at an attractive price (for Israel anyway). I have a
student wanting to buy a horn, and would like to know if these are suitable.
The horn in question is red brass.
