Listmate Ingle says (regarding sympathetic vibrations):

Yes, I suppose I could do that, but wouldn't it be simpler to leave the 
piano (my concert grand) where it is in the music salon and simply use the 
piano for the bathroom.

Then when I had to go gliss I'd probably hear my wife emiting some 
un-sympathetic vibrations.

. . . and I would probably "Be Flat!"
