[Dixielandjazz] Mills' Blue Rhythm Band recording of "Savage Rhythm.

I've copied the lead sheet for "Savage Rhythm" from the Chas. Anderson 
Collection.
However, it appears that there are 2 different tunes by that name - if I 
can trust my ears.

The one in Anderson is the one recorded by Cab Calloway and was written
by Fred Coots and Benny Davis in 1937.

The other, recorded by Mills Blue Rhythm Band.
Can someone tell me the name of the composers and composition year of 
that one?
