The New Black Eagle Jazz Band played at both the church and the reception
for my wedding. Fortunately, the band has held together better than my
marriage.

Ron L H kidded about bagpipes at weddings for that somber sound. They've
been a tradition at some weddings since at least the 17th century. For an
interesting take on that, goggle search <Bagpipes at weddings>.
Also, lest we forget, Dixieland Bands have been a tradition at some weddings
worldwide for 100 years or so. Just google search <Dixieland at Weddings>
Or narrow down the search by including your state, or worldwide location in
the search. For example goggle: <Dixieland at Weddings + PA>
Any band can take advantage of being listed by these search engine
categories simply by placing some information about weddings in your
website. Or just mention the word wedding and they'll pick you up.
Same goes for funerals. <grin>
Cheers,
Steve Barbone
