[Dixielandjazz] Bag pipes in jazz

When I was in the Navy School of Music in 1958, there is a club in 
Georgetown, where guys from the Air Force band used to come in a play 
jazz bag pipes.  I seem to remember the name of the club as Tom's Fife 
and Drum, or Gym Lunch.  The owner had a piano next to the bar and he 
played bass, customers would come in and play till their hearts 
content.  Great place, around the corner from Georgetown University.
