HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT "THROWING" A QUESTION OUT TO YOUR MANY SUBSCRIBERS
?????

                                  BILL NELSON

                                   FLORIDA

Easy, Bill. Hit reply, type in dixielandjazz at ml.islandnet.com (it will come
up automatically by hitting the letter D if you use Outlook after you've
typed it once). Type in a subject in the subject line (important!), and ask
your question. It will go out to everyone, and will even come back to you
(if you have that parameter set on the DJML subscribe page). Oh, and you
don't need the caps lock on!

How to get an answer is even a bigger, better question! Make sure your
question is about OKOM (our kind of music...jazz), and put in a good subject
title to entice people to read your mail. The digest info that
automatically comes up when you did your last post is not interesting, and
you may not attract any notice.

By the way, if you are new, and it seems your are....be sure to introduce
yourself to everyone! A little like joining the band at the bar for a
drink...

Cheers, Jim (in Madrid) Kash
