[Dixielandjazz] The Night Before Christmas

I've just received a copy of "Round The Christmas Tree" performed by the
Paragon Ragtime Orchestra. One of the tunes which sounds quite good is "The
Night Before Christmas" by Earnest R. Ball. The CD dates the tune to 1912.
There's a vocal but, for the life of me and hearing problems, I just can't
make out.

Does anyone have the words to this tune?
