Eva Cassidy was a DC area singer, never really made it big in the US until 
after she died of melanoma in 1996, at age 33 I think.

After her death, she's found quite an audience, and deservedly so.  I first 
heard her on an anthology show a couple of years after she died, and have 
been trying to remember her name ever since.

The first link "Autumn Leaves" is what I remember best from that radio show. 
  Simply haunting.
The second shows a side I wish we could see more video of "Cheek to Cheek" 
really swings with Eva singing.

Last of these 3 is "What a Wonderful World".   A nice song, a GREAT version!

So sad, but at least there are a few albums and these wonderful videos.
