Like they say at the end of the Looney Tune Cartoons - "That's All Folks"

Internet radio may very well end on May 15th. That is when the new royalty
rates for webcasters will go into effect and they will be retroactive to
January 1, 2006. If the increased rates remain unchanged, the majority of
webcasters will go bankrupt and silent on this date.

There is an eleventh hour attempt to stop the increase in fees. The Internet
Radio Equality Act has just been introduced by Representative Jay
Inslee(D-WA) and Donald Manzullo (R-IL) to save the Internet Radio Industry.
