The organization that prompted the discussion about BMI and ASCAP is the  
"Swiss Park". This establishment is located in Newark, Ca. and is a private club  
which opens it's doors to the public occasionally. 
 
The Swiss park is not affiliated with Little Switzerland of Sonoma, Ca. The  
only similarity is the reference to "Swiss"
