     Depends on who it's for, and how you want to use it.  If it's 
only 200 items, and it's only for yourself, and you don't think 
you'll ever want to sort it, use a word-processing document like MS 
Word.
     To be able to sort it various ways, and send a copy to others, use Excel.
     On my Mac, I use FileMaker Pro, which can be sorted, can contain 
pictures and other kinds of fields, and can be exported to other 
formats like text or spreadsheet.
