"Arab Strut" (Roy Giomi).
Roy was the clarinetist with the Bay City Jazz Band. The first 
recording of the tune was made by the BCJB for Good Time Jazz in 
mid-March 1956. I have details. I also have the LP - and the CD (GTJ 
12017) which is still available.
I presume that it was composed in 1955-56, but our resident expert 
DJMLer Dick Baker probably knows for sure.
