List:

The JCJB will be touring in Russia beginning Wednesday. The first concert,
televised nationally in Russia, will be at the International Concert Hall in
Moscow. Here is the rest of the tour itinerary:

7 Perm is in the Ural Mountains, the easternmost city in Europe.

9 Chita is in Eastern Siberia along the Trans-Siberian Railway 500 miles
east of Irkutsk.

11 Irkutsk is one of the largest cities in Siberia and lies 45 miles from
Lake Baikal, the world's deepest and largest (by volume) fresh-water lake .

13 Bratsk is another city in the Irkutsk district.

15 Yekaterinburg is a major city in central Russia on the Asian side of the
Ural Mountains.

17 Tyumen is located 2,144 km east of Moscow and is a gateway city to
Siberia. It was the home of the 5-year-old Irving Berlin before his family
emigrated to the USA in 1893.

19 Ufa is located in the western Urals region.

20 Tula is an industrial city in the European part of Russia 165 km south of
Moscow.

All of the concerts will be in concert halls in these cities.

For those of you who have been over there, what advice do you offer for
travelers to Russia? Safe to drink the water? Personal belongings safe
locked in your compartment on the Trans-Siberian railway? Wireless internet
access?

I will be lugging along my laptop and camera and expect to file reports,
blogs, etc. from the road.

Enlighten us please.
