Written down in various books. Richard Sudhalter's Lost Chords has many.

Another good source is Jamey Aebersold. He lists countless books of solo
transcriptions form all instruments.

Also, Louis Armstrong solos are readily available in music outlets.

Mostly more modern jazzers like Wes Montgomery and Jimmy Raney, but he has a
bunch of books about improv, chordal exercises etc. And one about Django,
another about Charlie Christian etc., all with transcriptions.
