Larry, have a look at your Tools pull-down menu in your Outlook picture. Click on "Accounts" (I hope that's right - I've translated it from my Norwegian version) and you may find that your E-mail address has been duplicated. Click on one and press the delete button. Hope this helps Cheers Bob Smith
