While it may be a little less convenient, you can order directly from Merry
Makers Record Company. It's a one-man operation run by Ted Shafer, and this
way Ted will make a little more from each sale.  Ted is now in his early
80's, and he still leads and plays OKOM with "Ted Shafer's Jelly Roll Jazz
Band."
