When I went looking for Fresno info, I first Googled for the Monterey Hot Jazz Society online newsletter, found the appropriate page with festival info, then went to the link given (not clickable; had to write it down) for complete info, and bingo there I had it.  A little effort-intensive to get to, but their festival info, prepared by a Chalmers, I think, is quite detailed and useful,
