[Dixielandjazz] Trombone players who can both read & fake

Trombonists in N. California who read and fake are numerous, where shall I 
start? Well, Jim Maihack is a good starting point! No problem arounf here! 
Ed Zimbrick who I heard just yesterday is just awesome too! (The San Jose 
Hot and Cool Festival).
