Dear Bill,
Many thanks for your (as ever) extensive reply. As requested here are the
details of the record I have:
Top Jazz Stereo DJ-001
ADD digitally remastered 1989 SIAE
Made in France by MPO although most of the text is in Italian.
The track runs for 4:37 and has:
Spoken intro by Louis
Sounds like a false start by Louis in bar 3 of the four bar piano intro.
Trumpet 8 bars
Louis singing 8+8+8+8 bars (A-A-B-A)
Trumpet lead 8+8 bars (A-A)
Louis singing 8+8 bars (B-A)
and the track finishes with a cymbal ride-out over crowd applause.
Personnel given on the CD:
Louis Armstrong (tromba e canto)
Joe Murany (sic) (clarinetto)
Marty Napoleon (pianoforte)
Tyree Glenn (vibrafono) (sic)
Buddy Catlett (contrabasso)
Danny Barcelona (batteria)

And now some good news - a backup copy of the discography exists at:

Thanks to snogpitch for this information!

Kind Regards

Bob
