[Dixielandjazz] Need help on one word in a the verse to "My Baby Knows How"

These old ears are failing me.
In the Annette Hanshaw recording 
of "My Baby Knows How!"
- she sings the verse
to this tune where the leadsheet I have only has an
"instrumental verse" and the other recordings I can find
only present the  chorus of the vocal.

Can you fill in the ??? in the verse below as I have typed it
from the Hanshaw recording on redhotjazz.com
I can't  understand the word at that point.
