For cryin out loud Larry: The budget is up to $5,000.00 for a band,
and the travel and lodging is also negotiable , you do have to do some
work to get these kind of gigs. Hell I could do the gig and Fly round
Trip from San Francisco for $5,000. and still have a decent pay day for
the boys. Surely you could catch a commuter flight and be there in a
couple of hours. Or pile the band in to a rented van and drive up
there play the gig stay over night in a nice hotel and eat well and
drive back home the next day, If you tried hard you might even book a
second gig in the same city or on the way up or back to it.
Or of course we could have them send the big Yellow gig bus to St.
Louis and pick your guys up and bring 'em back home again. :))
Better yet I 'll just book it as a re get together for the Ambassadors
of New Orleans and we'll go take the gig.
Cheers,
Tom
There is a whole lot of mid west out here -- that's about a 6 hour
drive
from St. Louis.
Larry
