Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival - 6 PM to Midnight Friday and 11 AM to
midnight Saturday. Event offers food such as crawfish, red beans, boudin,
gumbo, hamburgers, corndogs, German tacos and sausage. Entertainment
includes

Ponty Bone & The Squeeze Tones, Funky Zydeco, BAND AID DIXIELAND JAZZ BAND,
