   Hi All, 
 
    I remember doing a gig with the terrific San Francisco trumpet 
player Byron Berry. Someone asked him to play Bunny Berrigans' "I Cant 
Get Started." Berry did a wonderful treatment of the song and the lady 
who requested the song yelled out loudly..."That didn"t sound like 
Bunny Berrigan". The audience hushed as Byron slowly shooked out the 
water valves, then approached the microphone and said..."Madam, does 
your dog bark like Lassie'? I don"t recall the lady asking for any 
other tunes that night.
