[Dixielandjazz] Early Pete Fountain reference

I have a 78 rpm set of Phil Zito's Dixieland Express that featured a very
young Pete Fountain.
The sound of his clarinet is there, but the style was still unevolved.  He
was about 18 to 19 when the set was recorded.
