It reminds me a lot of the "pre-Victor" Conn Cornet that I own, made
around 1912, I think.

"Puje" is a custom designed hybrid trumpet-cornet which is produced by
Bobby 
DeNicola from South Carolina.

This horn has the characteristics of a trumpet, cornet and fluegelhorn
all  
in one; a skilled player like Jon-Eric Kelso can produce a lyrical
cornet  solo 
tone, the power of a trumpet, or the fat tone of a fluegelhorn without  
having to switch horns.
