  It was always interesting to watch the watchers. Along side the walls of he casino there were a number of men all dressed in Tux's and very seldom moved a muscle, always watching,
   
  I don't think that they moved the State ine.  There had been a survey taken several years ago while I was living in the area, but I think they decided to not make any serious corrections. It would have to been an act of Congress I think.
