Well, thanks a bunch Pat. You just transported me back several decades when
I used to listen to the radio show "Happidrome" broadcast on the BBC Light
Programme in the '40s at which time I was a nipper sporting a continual crop
of virulent looking boils, how the devil did I ever reach 70?

Another verse (I always sang along with it) was :

We three in Happidrome
Working for the BBC,
Ramsbottom and Enoch and me.

The boils disappeared when I discovered girls.

Hi
There used to be a trio of comedians who had a radio show in the UK called
Happidrome.

They sang

We three, w`ere not highbrow
Just a set of twerps may be
Ramsbottom and Enoch and me

Probably not the song you had in mind

Cheers

Pat
