Gary Kaiser mentioned the music director for the Simpsons.

A friend of mine in Los Angeles plays in the orchestra that do the Simpsons. 
He has done this for 17 years & tells me that they have just been renewed 
for another 2 years.

The Simpsons use a 47 piece orchestra.  In this day & age of synthesizers & 
cutting costs by shipping the music overseas, this is really something.

Congrats to whomever is keeping the large orchestra working.
