Bob Neighbors updated his Vintage Jazz Fakebook, added a lot of tunes, 
typeset the music, added lyrics. He was selling it for fifty dollars 
per. It has hundreds of the most-played dixie standards, plus a lot of 
mainstream and dance standard tunes. I used to have his e-mail address 
but lost it a couple of hard drive crashes ago.
