[Dixielandjazz] jazz in Australia

I have a friend and wonderful jazz player (Milton Quackenbush) who is  moving 
from Branson to Australia and I would like to get him in touch with  someone 
who can introduce him to the jazz scene there.  Can anyone suggest  some 
contacts for him?
