Earlier this year, Ms. Sydney Arzt sold the restaurant to some hip young men
and they are carrying on the tradition of the venue. The food is excellent
and both evenings will be great fun, complete with Mardi Gras spirit, beads,
and some swinging jazz in the tradition of Louis Armstrong.

Sydney's is located at:

236 Rehoboth Avenue. (or 25 Christian Street)
Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Yes indeed Ginny & list mates. Rehoboth Beach and the surrounding areas,
Dewey Beach and Lewes are a rare find for retirees. Provided you can stand
the heavy traffic in and out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Summer.

The area has a plethora of outlet shops, many antique shops, several fine
restaurants, and a satisfying cultural life. For NASCAR fans, Dover Downs is
less than 40 miles away and you can gamble in the casino there as well. The
Rehoboth Jazz Festival takes place every October (smooth jazz and blues
mostly). And there are oceanfront concerts all summer long in all genres of
music as well as music (mostly for the young) in many of the clubs.

The various beach communities cater to a broad spectrum of families, young
singles, straights, gays, rich and famous, rich and anonymous, politicians
from Washington DC, European tourists, etc., etc., etc. A great place to
retire if you are fairly active and like beach communities.

And a great place to play OKOM.

Cheers,
Steve Barbone
