Probably not "Ukelele Ike" (Cliff Edwards). Born in Hannibal, MO, in 1895.
Started in vaudeville, was in over 100 movies. Played the uke like Tiny
Tim only dreamed he could. Probably best remembered singing "When You Wish
Upon a Star" as Jiminy Cricket in Disney's "Pinocchio." Great sample of
his work: Audiophile ACD-17, "Singing in the Rain."
