KIMMEL Glenn Allen Kimmel, born September 11, 1939, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2006. Survived by wife, Marti of 41 Years; daughter, Eva Jo (Jeff) Keeler; sons, Glenn II (Kim), Lee (Kaylee); Loving grandfather of 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Don Ellie Mae Thompson; sister-in-law, Sue Dietrich; best friend, Tom Swisher. Glenn was a member of Columbus Seniors Musicians Hall of Fame and played with great bands in and around Columbus. Proudly served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve - Band #571st. Glenn was a longtime member of Cherry Creek Church of Christ, where he played drums with Mary Hite. Memorial service and gathering will be held Saturday, January 21, 2006 from 5-7 p.m. at the Cherry Creek Church of Christ, 4977 Sullivant Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church. officiating Mike Briedenbaugh.
