   This is one of the funniest put-ons I have read in a long time. I was
reading it on my laptop in an airport in Memphis and had all the guys in
the Jim Cullum Jazz Band read it and we all had a good laugh. I chuckle
just thinking about it. Someone obviously put a lot of thought into
