You can also look at www.beadsbythedozen.com - it's got bulk plain and reasonably priced fancy beads.  We supplied silver bells for my wife's cousin's wedding - they were a huge hit.

We're sending boxes of beads home (we supply local teachers and others).   Flat rate boxes from USPS are free and cost $8.10 postage.  They hold hold a goodly number of beads....
