Dear Tony,
Louis Armstrong, led by pianist Dick Cary, did it at the now-famous New York
Town Hall Concert of 17 May 1947.
Now, there's a teaser for some of our DJMLer friends.
Which tune?
Wild Bill Davison also did it here at a concert in Sydney on his last visit
to Australia. And then apologised to pianist Chris Taperell, and the
audience, for his lapse.
