RED HOT HOLIDAY STOMP  In what has become a Jazz at Lincoln Center
tradition, Wynton Marsalis heads up a Crescent City-style holiday
celebration, with help from the trombonist Wycliffe Gordon, the banjoist Don
Vappie and the drummer Herlin Riley, among others. (Through Dec. 16.) At 8
