[Dixielandjazz] Using "plastic" on your travels

It appears that not all our US friends know that you now need to use your 
"PIN" when using plastic to buy goods or to use ATMs in the UK (well it came 
as a piece of unwelcome news to Chris Burke anyway!)  I don't know if it's 
the same in the rest of Europe.... (any more than I know how many of the 
bands are good bad or indifferent:-) ) but
the rule here changed in February this year.
