[Dixielandjazz] 2 Missing Pages -- Anderson Collection

Dear DJML --

A friend of mine who isn't on the DJML has just purchased the Anderson
Collection.  In going through it to double-check the contents, she finds
that she is missing pages 2748 and 2749.  (In her copy, pp. 2747 and
2750 are printed back-to back on one sheet.)

Does anyone have those two pages that they can scan and email me?  I'll
then re-print pp. 2747-2750 for her, in proper sequence.
