Hi Jerry,

not very specific I am afraid but I found a jazz joint down a dark alley 
opposite the main doors of the Duomo in Florence.
Modernish stuff but a constant queue of musicians to get on the little 
stage.
Didn`t enjoy it much and the entrance charge was high.

It was a few years ago but I think that I picked up the info about it from a 
flyer in my hotel.
