Dear Vickeye,
The best I can come up with is that the Empire City Six made an LP for ABC-
Paramount in New York on 19 Sept 1957 with Tony Spars (tp) Harry DiVito (tb)
Kenny LaVerne (cl) Johnny Varro (p) Peter Rogers (b) & Phil Fall (d).
A second LP was recorded (unknown personnel and date) by the EC6 and
released on Stardust SD 101.
This LP includes 7 of the tunes on your list except
"Indiana/Chicago/Charleston/Darktown Strutters Ball".
However there is a "Medley" mentioned, which may well be these 4 items.
Sorry that I cannot be any more specific.
Kenny LaVerne may well be our old mate Kenny Davern.
I have a vague memory of all this having been discussed on the list some
time ago.
